Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item. Exercise of the right of withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) by post to the address 2 rue du RhinNapoléon, 67100 STRASBOURG, France by telephone on 04 89 41 03 53 or by e-mail to contact@neo-sol.fr.

Returns

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. For shipments over 30 kg, the customer may have to use a carrier. These costs may amount to €350 excluding VAT, or €420 including VAT, depending on the pick-up department and the weight of the product. We can provide you with a quotation. The returned equipment must be in perfect condition, unused, with all accessories and documentation, and in its original packaging (or any other clean packaging that guarantees the integrity of the product during transport). Insufficient packaging may result in our carrier refusing to accept the goods. In addition, it must be accompanied by a returns slip issued by NEOSOL. Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned goods, NEOSOL will issue a refund using the payment method used by the customer.

You can use the model retraction form, but it is not obligatory.
