Description
Mat frames with aluminum/pvc structure
Available in various alloys and cross-sections for perfect housing of all aluminum. Frames can be pre-finished with all necessary assembly hardware or welded. Holes or clamps can be supplied on request.
*Theycan also be made in circular shapes or to customer specifications.
Available in aluminum, stainless steel and brass.
The use of recessed frames requires masonry work. It is necessary to follow the simple assembly instructions and complete the installation work, taking care to level the difference in bottom height using a self-levelling spirit level.
1/ Remove all components (corner profiles and hardware) from the packaging.
NOTE: The frame may be contained in the cardboard tube on which the mat has been rolled.
2/ Take two corners, combine the corresponding figures and attach a square to one side using a screwdriver or screwdriver.
3/ Then fix the other side and repeat for each corner, following the numbers.
4/ Fit the frame and secure it. Then shave the inside with a self-levelling spirit level, taking care to bring the entire bottom up to the height of the aluminum frame.
